As a species, Homo sapiens only evolved around 200,000 years ago, so isn't human knowledge impermanent and therefore unimportant by definition.

But some things are always true, aren't they? Like the speed of light in a vacuum and the fact that it's better to slam screwdrivers into your ears than watch X-factor.

Why would I pour vodka orange in my ears whilst watching television? This is very confusing to me but not necessarilly against the laws of physics. Nice work on BTR.
